Publicity Campaign
An extensive promotional campaign to ensure maximum attendance by businesspeople, both local and foreign, will be launched.
1. Advertising & Publicity - Intensive advertising will be conducted in both local and overseas trade publications and magazines. Press release will be circulated.
2. Direct Mail - Move than 30,000 potential buyers, including top enterprises factories, R & D organizations and government institutions, will receive information and invitations to the show.
3. Official Directory -The organizers will publish an official directory wherein exhibitors may enter their names, addresses and list their exhibits free of charge. The directory can be bought at the TAITRA Bookstore of the showground during show days, and will be circulated through TAITRA’s branch office around the world after the show.

Participation Information
1. All manufacturers, distributors, traders and organizations dealing in the above-mentioned products or services are eligible to participate as exhibitors.
2. The organizers reserve the right to accept or reject any application and to determine the number and location of booth(s) for each exhibitor.
3. Space allocation priorities are based on:
(a) Number of booth(s) requested.
(b) Date of filling application (on a first-come, first-served basis).
(c) Participation record in the last two events.
4. If the number of booths required exceeds available booths, the organizers reserve the right to reduce the number (or size of booths) or to change the exhibition venue and duration of the show or to cancel the show without any liability or responsibility for compensation or indemnification to the exhibitors.
5. Upon acceptance of application, each exhibitor will receive an official Exhibition Manual which contains show regulations, detailed information and procedures concerning electricity, rental of facilities and list of official forwarding agents for handling customs clearance of exhibits.
6. The organizers will under no condition sponsor exhibitiors in making entry visa applications.
7. On-the-spot sales are prohibited.
8. Minors under 12 are not allowed to enter the showground

Payment Schedule
1. Adown payment of US$500 per booth should be paid to reserve booth space after the organizers accept the application.
2. Two copies of the product catalogue, the booth space application form should be sent to the organizer (TAITRA) before March 31, 2008.
3. After space allocation (March, 2008), the organizer (TAITRA) will notify applicants of their assigned booth number(s) as well as the balance due.
4. Bank draft/check should be made payable to the Taiwan External Trade Development Council, crossed A/C Payee Only .
